Shipping Policy

This policy applies to merchandise sold through merovixaglobal.com by MEROVIXA GLOBAL TRADING INC.

Processing and delivery

We aim to prepare in-stock orders within 1–3 business days, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Standard delivery is estimated at 5–8 business days after dispatch. Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly state a guaranteed date at checkout.

If no shipping time is stated, we will ship within the period required by applicable U.S. law. If an order cannot be shipped within the promised time, we will notify you, provide a revised estimate when available, and offer the choice to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a prompt full refund.

Shipping charges

Standard U.S. shipping is $6.95. Standard shipping is complimentary when the merchandise subtotal is $75 or more after discounts and before tax. Available methods and final charges are shown before an order is submitted.

Tracking and address accuracy

Tracking information will be emailed when available. Customers are responsible for supplying a complete, deliverable address. Contact customer service promptly if an address needs correction; changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.

International delivery

International checkout is not currently enabled. This policy will be updated before orders are accepted for additional countries.

Lost or damaged shipments

Email support@merovixaglobal.com promptly with the order number and relevant photographs. We will review the carrier record and explain the available replacement or refund remedy.
