Order Cancellation

Contact support@merovixaglobal.com as soon as possible to request cancellation or an address correction. Include the order number. We will make a reasonable effort to help, but cannot change or cancel an order after fulfillment or shipment.

If cancellation is accepted, captured funds will be returned to the original payment method. If the order has shipped, follow the Returns & Refunds policy after delivery.
